Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within Singapore only. We don’t ship overseas at the moment.

2. Delivery options and fees

• Self-collection (free): collect your order from the Rev 22 Energia Recharge Centre, 1 Coleman Street, The Adelphi, #B1-37, Singapore 179803, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm. Please wait for our message that your order is ready, and bring your order number.
• Delivery within Singapore: a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay (currently S$25 per order).
• Large items such as mattresses, sleeping systems and machines may need a delivery appointment. We will contact you to arrange a time.
• For corporate or bulk orders, please contact us to arrange delivery.

3. When your order is processed

• We prepare orders within 1–2 working days after your payment is confirmed.
• For bank transfers, we start once the payment is in our account.
• Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery times

• Deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. We will contact you if there is a delay.
• Therapy sessions, vouchers and invoice payments don’t need delivery.

5. Delivery address and missed deliveries

• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We can’t be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
• If a delivery fails because no one is available, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. If more attempts are needed, a redelivery fee may apply, and we will tell you the amount first.

6. Checking your order

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 5 days of receiving it, with photos. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
